How could we think a new urban district next to the airport, without the function of commuter area? We believe that the main idea is setting the project through using courtyard buildings. They are designed by different volumes to confer an intimate character to the public space. The main material is the rich which confers a warm atmosphere, related to the Finnish architectural tradition.
The height of buildings and the dimension of urban voids: courtyards, squares, streets, establish an harmonic relationship with the aim to produce an urban sequential space.
